| INSTRUCTIONS FOR VISA APPLICATION |
| I. For tourist visa, the following documents are required: |
- One completed application form;
- One recent 2”X2?passport photo;
- A valid passport with a validity of no shorter than 6 months and two blank pages for visa.
- Visa fee for multiple entry is $130. Cash or money order is preferable. Personal checks are not acceptable. Your visa will be ready after 3 to 5 working days counting from the date when your application is accepted.
- From May 1st, 2003, the mail (including express delivery) service for application is not available. Applicants are required to be present in Visa Office of Chinese Embassy and Consulates General in the United States to submit the application. If an application cannot appear personally, he/she may entrust a relative, friend, or travel/visa agent in the cities where the Chinese Embassy or Consulate is locatedto apply on his/her behalf.
